We want you to love your HeatHug™. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused or lightly used

  • Must be in its original condition and packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase


2. Returns Process

To start a return, email us at:

Include your:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • Photo/video evidence (if item is damaged or defective)


3. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your HeatHug™ arrives damaged, defective, or not working properly, contact us within 48 hours with photo/video evidence.
We will send a replacement free of charge.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased with final-sale discounts

  • Gift cards

  • Used items that show heavy wear


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
